A roof designed as a complete system
On every new installation we plan the full assembly: decking, underlayment, flashing, ventilation, and finish material. That way it performs as a listed Class A system and lasts for decades.

Roofing options for new construction
Clay & concrete tile
The Mediterranean look common across Calabasas, with excellent fire resistance.
Class A shingles
Architectural asphalt shingles with a clean, cost-effective look for modern builds.
Metal roofing
Standing seam and stone-coated steel: lightweight, durable, and noncombustible.
Low-slope & cool roofs
Membrane systems for flat sections, decks, and contemporary designs.
Building an addition?
We’ll match tile profile and color as closely as possible, tie the new roof into the existing one without weak points, and note if the tile’s weight may require structural calculations for your permit.
What to expect
We review your plans, provide an itemized proposal, coordinate scheduling with your other trades, and handle the roofing portion of permits and inspections. When we’re done, you get a final walkthrough, photos of key details, and your warranty documents.
Frequently asked questions
How long does a new roof installation take?
Most residential installations take several days to a couple of weeks depending on size, material, weather, and inspection scheduling. Tile roofs and complex rooflines take longer. Your proposal includes a project-specific timeline.
Can you match the tile on my existing roof?
In most cases, yes. We source the closest available profile and color and can blend salvaged tile into visible areas. We’ll show you samples before we order.
