What we collect
When you request an estimate
Our estimate form asks for your name, phone number, ZIP code, the service you need, and an optional note. The form also records which page of our site you sent it from.
When you call or email us
We keep your phone number, email address, and what you tell us about your property and project, so we can follow up and schedule an inspection.
Technical information
Like any website, our hosting provider receives your IP address, browser type, and the pages you request, and keeps them in server logs for security and to keep the site running. When you send the form, this information is also used to filter spam. This site doesn’t use advertising trackers, analytics cookies, or social media pixels.
How we use it
- To call you back, answer your questions, and schedule an inspection
- To prepare your estimate and carry out the work if you hire us
- To keep records of the work we do, as building permits, warranties, and the law require
- To protect the site and the form from spam and abuse
We don’t use your information for marketing lists, and we don’t send newsletters.
Who we share it with
We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t share it with anyone for their own marketing or for targeted advertising. We share it only when needed to do the job:
- Service providers that run our website, form, email, and phone, such as our web host (Netlify), which processes form submissions. They may use it only to provide their service to us.
- Building departments and HOAs, when a permit or approval for your project needs your name and property address.
- When the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone’s safety.
How long we keep it
If you don’t hire us, we delete your estimate request within two years. If we do work on your property, we keep job records for as long as the law, your warranty, or the building permit requires.
Your California privacy rights
California residents have the right to:
- Know what personal information we have about you and how we use it
- Get a copy of it
- Ask us to correct it
- Ask us to delete it, unless we need to keep it for a legal reason such as permit or warranty records
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of your information (we don’t sell or share it)
To make a request, email info@integrityroofingpro.com or call (818) 351-2918. We’ll confirm who you are by matching the name and phone number you gave us, and we’ll respond within 45 days. We won’t treat you differently for using these rights.
Security
The site uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and form submissions go only to us. No system is perfectly secure, so please don’t send passwords or payment details through the form.
Children
This site is for property owners and isn’t directed at children under 16. We don’t knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we’ll update it on this page and change the date at the top.
